Red and Blue Mutation by PrimusGod Red and Blue Mutation by PrimusGod
Got these two girls in the mail today. Both are pretty small, and the red, the head is nearly the size of my palm. Not really happy with the red, so I'm most likely going to have a sale on Friday next week depending on whether I'm happy with the arctic marble I'll be receiving sometime next week.

Adding on to the arctic marble, I'm supposed to be getting a few other pelts next week, too. Piebald coyote, odd-colored red fox, and another marble. They may go on sale if I'm not happy with them because I need to clear up some space in my personal pelts.

The tail is really soft  compared to other reds I've had. I'm in love with it. <33
The belly is also pretty dark compared to other reds I've had, but I don't have many reds, so there are probably a lot of reds with gray bellies. O:

And it looks so thick and fluffy! :meow:
Yeah, I got a nice red one with a grey belly, too, but it's light compared to this!

Oh I really love that red fox - the colors are so pretty and I miss having a red fox around. How much will the red be if you do sell her?

It would be $50+shipping. They sold it to me as a light red, and it's definitely not light. xD I do love the softness of the tail, though.

Yeah, the ears are there! Like stated, though, it's not mountable. <_<

Oh I am not worried about it being mountable - I just like them to have the ears lol *so picky*

I'll be interested in the piebald if you sell it! Got my eyes on a few weird coyotes.

I've decided it will be up for sale. Looking in the $500-$600 range, but it's not mountable. Because of the amount of white it has on it, though, it should go in that price range in Ohio's market. O:

Again, taxidermy market or? Because no fur market will buy that. XD
And thats quote a bit! Id have to ask some people how much they go for, plus I'm looking for mountables. Little too high for me.

Correction: They'd sell for over $700, not $800.

Also, the one I'm getting has the head, tail, and feet. I'm pretty sure you'd be able to do something with it since it shouldn't be destroyed by the time I receive it. o: I'VE SEEN YOUR VOODOO MAGIC

Oh, taxidermy market. xD Not fur market, dear god no. I don't sell pelts to the fur market that I buy personally, anyway. Only those in bulk. And never coyotes. Because you know, I don't buy them often.

It's high because mountable ones would sell for over $800, and albinos sell for around $800-$1,200. Frozen, I don't know. Albinos that aren't mountable still reach pretty high in this range of $500-$800.

Okay I was gonna say no dont do thaaaaaaat xD never seen a price for both albino and piebald which is why I say that. I know one leucistic went for 1K. But I dont know other than that!!! Just the price of deer, which they double in that case.

Very very nice blue mutation.
Do you buy mountable reds?

I don't normally buy reds at all. I don't know why I bought this one per say. <_< But if I did like a red enough, it would probably be mountable when I buy it, so, yeah, I do. I have one mountable, but it's a reaaaally dark red that I like and part of my personal collection. May sell it; probably not.

Ah, okay. Sounds like you'll only buy a mountable red if it's unique, eh? I've got a couple to be put up for sale within the next day or two, but they aren't unique. I'll let you know if I come across any.

It is pretty unique to see one if they're pied enough. We're waiting to grab the piebald and albino coyotes until March this year. The piebald I'll be selling is unrelated to them, though.

Probably in the $160-$190 range because you can't really get this color by choice in breeding. It's all mutations yeahhhhhh (:
